The
group handling is a fundamental quality that has to have the technician,
this it should control the possible internal conflicts and to manage the
psychology of the group.
In a facility of many boys it is necessary to be very attentive on the
players that are substitute because those that play are happy but in the
substitutes it can have frustration. In principle to our to understand
in inferior all should play, some more other ones less according to their
qualities but all should play. In our case for party play 14, that is
to say, the eleven holders and the three changes. These like late we begin
them to make to the 15 minutes of the second time or directly in the entretiempo
but do we never put to a player to the 44 minutes of the second stage
so that the hour passes, if here the purpose is that the boys play and

The technician should be attentive about the attitude of the players in
the trainings, the player that walks for the corners, quiet, solitary,
he surely has a conflict and it is necessary go to ask him that it passes
him. It always suits to arrive before the problem explodes.
As always the boy says he has illusion of being soccer player and in the
means we are us, the technicians that we can help them to that you/they
sum up it or to frustrate them, of course that we have to make them see
which their virtues, their limitations and their possibilities are of
being overcome. Here also they complete a fundamental paper the parents
and the technician cannot be to the margin of this relationship; there
are three classes of parents:
The
parents that will press: They load him the responsibility from
the success to their children, maybe to survive economically or maybe
to hide their own failures. They give indications to their small ones
and perhaps don't agree with the indications that the technician is giving
him and they put them since in a conflict situation if they don't pay
attention to the technician they can replace them and if they don't pay
attention to the parents they will have problems when arriving at his
house.
The
parents that ignore them: This is the opposed case and it is as
bad as the previous one. They will never encourage their children and
most of the same ones need to play for somebody, they want that their
improvements, their conquests or abilities are views for their dear beings,
they need to give a reason to their evolution and their sacrifice.
The
parents that will encourage: Van to encourage their children unconditionally,
beyond the result and they are always in the good ones and in the bad
ones. They take care of their feeding, their gear, they don't press them
and they accept the technician's decisions. In the event of not agreeing
with some of the decisions of the last ones they look for the appropriate
moment to make know their unconformity.
The technician should be the so much of the situations that you/they are
generated with the boys and his parents in the sport environment. In our
career we have seen parents of the three profiles. Examples have more
than enough but alone we will give three:
- Once a boy is expelled in a party that
we were seeing in ours traveled by Uruguay and the same one went out
with the head down as recognizing that it had been bad and his mother
screams him: " Go out on high with the head" and the truth
is that he/she had not made anything to feel proud, it is necessary
to make him understand that that made it was not the correct thing.
- To us he/she played us the ignorance of
many parents when their children played, alone some few ones will encourage
them but we had achieved such an upward one on the boys that they played
for us, they always need to play for somebody, alone coarse to see the
expectant ones that they put on when some of their dear beings will
see them.
- We have seen small, in our observations,
to be insulted by their parents or to give them aggressive indications
until the point of making them cry.
To be technical it is not alone of teaching
to give passes, dribling, etc. but rather it is necessary to be educational
and to work them on the areas: Physics - Technique, Tactics - Psychological
- Intellectual. Not alone we are forming a player but a to be inserted
in the society.
