Dear Gentlemen: My name is Marcelo Yaurreche, I am technical of A.T.F.A. (Association of Technicians of the Soccer Argentino)-affiliated number: 6073.
I communicate with you to propose them three rules that will contribute to a more loyal soccer to my to understand and I heal. Also as consequence they will collaborate so that it diminishes the violence in the courts. These are the rules:

First:
The player that injures a colleague gravely, for example a fracture, will remain suspended the same time that the one damaged late in returning since to the activity the victim loses the position, has a long recovery and to its turn he/she has the psychological load of the lesion; on the other hand to the victimario it punishes him to him with some few dates

Benefit of the rule: The bad intention of some players will be avoided, for example to go with the tip booties to half height (Clara sign of go to damage the rival), nudges to the face, etc.

Second:
The player that goes out of the court with the stretcher, with collaborators or with the car of attendance it will remain outside of the game field for the lapse of 3 minutes minimum that is what takes the attendance of a blow more or less. true.

Benefit of the rule: It will be avoided the players to speculate since they have sometimes left hardly the field they already claim their entrance being in undoubtedly the only thing that interests them is to make time.

Third:
If he/she gets lost so much time in the parties for that not to take advantage of the advanced technology and to give the opportunity to the referee that can consult in a monitor the key plays of an encounter that later are those that originate so many polemics. When we refer to plays keys we make it in allusion to penal doubtful, position early doubtful finished in goal, etc. Until this work can make it the fourth referee and to communicate it to the main referee.

Benefit of the rule: The polemics end for not well charged prisons, goals in advanced position, balls that didn't enter completely, etc.

I believe that these rules are fundamental to contribute to diminish the violence in the court and to improve the quality and loyalty of this wonderful sport that it is the soccer. From I already hope they are kept in mind and I thank their attention a lot:
