We always say that a soccer technician is as the professor of mathematics, if one plays good the boys will know to be derived, logarithms, etc but if he plays them the opposite they will hardly know how to add and to subtract. Here it passes the same thing, we have observed that in many cases the exercises are given but it doesn't correct them to him, then the players go passing of categories and unless you "they vivify" they won't know as putting the foot when kicking a ball, for example.
We are iterative in the point that the technicians are located in the means between the boy and their illusion of being soccer player, to give an example as always, in our observations that we made in Uruguay we went to a town of the Department of Colony and a boy told us that his illusion was to play in National of Montevideo. - When we saw it play we realized that it was very far from achieving it since he lacked a lot and it was not observed anybody that could mark him the road since there many times the mothers were those that made of technical and there were not people professionally qualified to make it. It is difficult to mark a reality without playing anybody, but if one doesn't work correctly countless quantity of boys they will be with their frustrated illusions.
It is inadmissible to see as many players they arrive to first professional with multiple technical errors. We always say to people when he/she gets angry with a player that arrives alone in front of the arch and ribbon the ball to the tribune that their anger directs it to the technicians that that player had in inferior divisions and that they didn't teach him correctly how that technical expression was made.
Not alone it is to give the exercises, anyone that takes a book can make it, the secret is in as correcting the errors. There is and to give the players the exercises with a logical evolution, it is necessary to teach them at most of the easiest thing difficult and to make pauses and to repeat the times that it is necessary things that they don't leave until being able to systematize them. Once we observe that in a training of a professional team of first line of Argentina the players practiced a play without opposition which finished with it finishes off to the arch inside the big area, but there of the play, to the moment to finish off, of 10 ball that you/they kicked 7 they went out, two took a short cut the archer and a single era goal, remember that the exercise was without opposition. It was clear that definition missed that team and later it demonstrated it in the tournament. In the two previous cases the works were given but the problems were not detected, for that reason we say that it is necessary to give the exercises, to correct them and to apply them in the practices and the parties to see if they go out with the pressure of the game, otherwise it is necessary to continue working on the weak points. What we have clear that a professional player should manage the two legs, for them it should not have skilled and unskillful leg but right leg and left leg.
An educational technician should work on the 5 points that we consider fundamental to have a good team and they are I eat we already said in the projects:

1- It disciplines 2- Physical State 3- Ball Recovery 4- Game Generation 5- Definition
