Introduction

"The secret of a good technician not this in the knowledge but in as transmitting their knowledge"  

The sent project was applied in small scale in the club Muñiz of Argentina in the year 2000, we say in small scale because we were only assigned the fifth division of the club. Then when seeing the good results they gave us the physical preparation of the reservation and first. As a result final it was obtained:


1- The fifth division was the one that more points got with less played parties ( the days of rain it only plays first )
2- It improves of the individual technique and grupal (we had to arm the team and there were players that not even knew how to lower the ball)
3-Two players were promoted to first (it was fundamental, because they didn't have replacement )
4-The competitive team that year he/she obtained 21 points surviving of the descent and the following year without our physical preparation (the other members were the same ones)10 points were only obtained losing the category.

From then on and believing firmly in our project, the results have seen them, we have been devoted to present the work in the different clubs.
To apply it in complete form we have portfolios of works (we already send him an example schedule) which are divided in the following way:

1Portfolio category: 10-12 years (All the techniques - singular and group)
1Portfolio category: 13 - 14 years (All the techniques - singular and group-tactics and strategy)
1Portfolio category: 15 - 17 years (All the techniques - singular and group-tactics and strategy)
1Portfolio category: First (All the techniques - singular and group-tactics and strategy)
1Portfolio of preparation physical
1Portfolio of technical circuits and prepared plays (All the techniques and prepared plays as free shots, take out lateral, córners, etc)
1Portfolio of the tactical systems (I Draw and description of the primary and secondary functions of the players put by position)
1Portfolio of multiple trainings (How to distribute the game field to train the different ones technical)
1Portfolio of specific trainings (Specific training for the pitchers, etc)

 

It leaves technique:


We consider that the technical work is ideal to begin him to the 8 years (we are in favor that the players are made). To this age they assimilate better the concepts and it is easier to accustom them to use the two legs. On the other hand it is a good age so that the club absorbs them before other he/she makes it.
If they begin to the 8 years when they have 15 we will have practically formed players.
Until the 12 years he/she will be given priority to the technique, while starting from the 13 years you will begin to increase the physical work and they will be given deeper tactics concepts.
The secret of the formation is in the person that will apply it, like we say always many they give the exercises and they don't correct them, that which hinders the process and we should keep in mind that we are forming a professional and the competition is big.

Our work makes it with cardiotacómetros to check them to be in the range of pulsations that you/they should be (making run together from the beginning to all is no longer used more). We have an armed ideal pre- season which is more guided to first and near categories (this will depend on the available time and of the state of the players. When taking a team we make several tests)
In definitive we will be taking a 8 year-old boy and we will transform it in a. player. which can integrate the competitive facility or to transfer it to another club obtaining dividends for the institution. In that way he/she closes the cycle explained in the project. We need of the support of leaders that you/they can see the end of the road. It is alone to give us the whistle, because the rest already made it.


Project for first:
We observe that in the professional facilities of most of the teams (and more in our continent) the players present big technical and tactical falencias, without a doubt for the wrong work in the inferior divisions. This causes inadmissible errors in this team and that some of them will describe by way of example:


1- Most of the goals are generated by defensive desacoples (the classic thing is that the rivals pass among the central ones or they cross the ball to backs of the defense.
2- The archers don't know how to leave and much less to play with the foot (in cases of urgency they can act of last man)
3- Prepared attack plays are not observed, many times it is left liberated to the inspiration of the attackers.
4- One runs getting lost in many cases the preset drawing in disorder.
5- The players enter to the court without knowing exact their total functions. For example the number three know that it is lateral marker, But does he/she also know that if the play comes for the opposed side he becomes the last man because the only one that you see the whole play is? Many times not.
6- The relieves are not well carried out in most of the cases and in attack spaces are not generated.
7- It is spoken of fortune when there are definitions for penal and there is technical that the archers should know for these situations (it is not question of luck )
8- Many players use a single leg.

There are more errors but we won't describe them all. We have the solution for each mentioned point. The soccer has basic five components and the same ones are:

1-Discipline 2 - Physical State 3 - Recovery of ball 4-Generation of game 5-Definition

 

It is important to keep these five points since in mind it is fundamental to finish the parties with all the players inside the court. If we refer to the physical state it is lamentable to see when professional teams can no longer run to the 20 minutes of the second time and the last three points will depend on the individual and collective technique of the players but it is necessary to finish with the myth of saying that it "was played well" if one had to the team rival in an arch and the party I finish zero to zero because for us it was played not well since it was failed in the part of the definition. It is primordial to know where the errors are it stops then to correct them.. We play with 4-3-1-2 or 3-4-3 (according to the players that we count) In the first case we would have to have a good hook and lateral markers with going and turn. In the second case we should have defenders very speedy, good handling of the diagonals and the reliefs and to propose the game in the half field to fraction the rival in two.
The way of our game has had good results, because we play to the empty space (in South America practically is not used); this way it is more impredecible and he/she makes our players to receive less blows (all this is difficult, of explaining in a letter)
We always characterize ourselves to be a team ordered in their lines (that which makes more difficult to fracture it) and our game is quick (1ó 2 touches). In the soccer it is necessary to make goals and that looks for (to throw tunnels in the middle of court is very showy but not very effective)
Regarding the physical part we already explain the importance of the force, speed and resistance. To give notions also has more than enough feeding to the facility. They are needed of all these components very assemblings if one wants to progress at local level and to enter in the international land.
We don't have magic formulas, we only know how to work and with that it is more than enough.
