This is our school proposal for the formation
of professional players. Although to these ages the boys have to have
a good time we should be concientes that many of them have the illusion
of playing soccer in form professional and us, the technical formadores,
we should give them the necessary tools so that they fulfill their objectives.
The stars are born but the rest of the players is made and we are for
that...
1-
MAKING A LITTLE OF HISTORY
This project was applied in small scale in the
club. Muñiz. of the divisional. D. of A.F.A. of Argentina. We
say in small scale because we were only assigned the fifth division
of the club. Then when seeing the good results they gave us the physical
preparation of the reservation and first. As a result it was obtained:
1- The
fifth division was the one that more points got with less played parties
( the days of rain it only plays first )
2- It improves
of the individual technique and grupal (we had to arm the team and there
were players that not even knew how to lower the ball)
3-Two players were promoted
to first (it was fundamental, because they didn't have replacement )
4-The competitive team
that year he/she obtained 21 points surviving of the descent and the
following year without our physical preparation (the other members were
the same ones)10 points were only obtained losing the category.
Due to our work we have come to an agreement with
the. Danubio Soccer Club. of Uruguay, through Mr. Daniel Lindner, president
of inferior divisions, so that we mount a school acting as branch that
follows their ideology futbolística.
2- AS GENERATING PLAYERS OF SOCCER
A) The main objective
of the school is to generate soccer players. To the boys they will be
provided the necessary technique so that they can. to understand. and.
to develop. fully the game. The school should capture, to stimulate
and to polish the innate conditions but fundamentally he/she should
help the boy to grow as man.
B) Another of
the objectives of the school is to satisfy the necessities and the children's
interests and young by means of this sport that he/she offers an enormous
wealth of educational possibilities waking up responsibilities, educational
spirit of team at the same time that it contributes to integrate it
as being social.

to the boys in the areas:
Physical
- Technician, Tactics. Psychological and Intellectual
3- CAN ALL THE BOYS
BEGIN IN THE SCHOOL?
All can participate of the school beyond their
individual capacities, of course that all won't be able to be professional
players but if they are correctly stimulated their possibilities will
grow notably and all the boys will have technical qualities above the
stocking. As the idea of the school it is to form professional players
and in their defect men inserted in the society the boys in any moment
they will abandon their studies, the school will adapt the schedules
to the schools of the place.
4- YOU DEVISE GENERAL
OF THE PROJECT
We consider that the technical work is ideal to
begin him at the 7 - 8 years (we are in favor that the players you hacen)A
this age assimilates better the concepts and it is easier to accustom
them to use the two legs. If the teaching begins at the 7 - 8 years
when the boys have 15 we will have practically formed players. Until
the 12 years he/she will be given priority to the technique while starting
from the 13 years you will begin to increase the physical work and they
will be given deeper tactics concepts.
As we say always many they give the exercises and they don't correct
the errors hindering this way the process. The secret of the formation
is in the person that will apply it, we should keep in mind that we
are forming a professional and the competition is big. It is necessary
to have docencia to teach the concepts of the sport.
5- AS THIS FORMED THE
PROJECT?
The project consists of several portfolios containing
the same ones the different individual techniques as being: conduction,
dribling, pass and reception, ball control, butt, finish off, technical

game in team, etc. The trainings will be applied according to the technician's

6- WHY TO MAKE A GOOD
WORK IN INFERIOR?
As the reasons they are several in the case of

can only survive those clubs that have a lot of money since players

we are we, with this mean that if we make the correct work they will
arrive to its objective (obviously also considering their conditions)
and if we don't make it they will be frustrated. There are different
classes of technicians:
Technical Recruiters: They

and not of single 15 minutes.

him and to form it, for that the technicians is, it should endow it

and it is not taken to all his team, therefore in inferior we should

7- TO HAVE DOCENCIA
We always say that a soccer technician is as the
professor of mathematics, if one plays good the boys will know to be
derived, logarithms, etc but if he plays them the opposite they will
hardly know how to add and to subtract. Here it passes the same thing,
we have observed that in many cases the exercises are given but it doesn't
correct them to him, then the players go passing of categories and unless

We are iterative in the point that the technicians are located in the

and they are not corrected; although we seem sour in these points and
in our work philosophy, we are tired of to see small frustrated to have
been not well directed. What is a class of a training, a class should
differ it is when we give something that one doesn't know and the boys
have to learn it, on the other hand, training is to redo something that
is known already to practice it, to remember it or to systematize him
as it is looked for. If we analyze the topic of the class, when giving
a first exercise we should outline the following thing:
What
do we want to achieve the boys to make? : It is necessary to
fix the objectives for example: . I want the boys to learn how to finish
off., that it will be our objective and the content will be it finishes
off. To achieve the above-mentioned we will give activities of it finishes
off to the arch with both legs from different angles, etc.
To
keep in mind which you/they are their virtues and their limitations:
To the knowledge both we will give exercises chord to the facility
that we have and we will exploit their virtues and we will work on their
limitations. We should keep in mind that we are forming professional

If
the exercise to give is in agreement to the age of the children:Este

it will be the same thing that anything.

psychologists, etc. we have to be some everything and we should dominate
the minimum aspects of those questions.
Psychological area: In
principle on this area should know which the normal evolution of the
small ones is and there we will understand why? to certain age all do
run together behind a ball (6 years), why? don't they pass it (are they
egocentric) and why? newly to the 8 years you begins to give soccer.

concepts of the soccer, newly to the 12 or 13 years we will incorporate

Another point to work is the player's self-esteem that is valued as
person and I eat sportsman, the more technical elements give him more
it will be valued as player and the more we speak to him it will overcome
better their fears and he/she will work more firmly on their limitations.
To the boys we take them in an age that you/they are forming their personality
which will condition the rest of their lives, we should know that there
are different personalities (Personality = Temperament + Character)
and that to some boys so that they surrender we should. to press them.
since low pressure enlarges and to other boys on the contrary, if we
press them they will be reduced and they will fill with fears, to these
last ones we should in each good action to congratulate them and to
minimize its errors so that they don't fall psychically. Alone knowing
to the group, being well near them, we will be able to know which it
corresponds to each case.
Intellectual area: As the life
futbolística of a professional player it is not very long (we
should also consider those that won't end up being professional) we
should prepare them before for the, the one during and the one after
their life like player. For this reason they should never abandon their
studies which can and they should develop them parallelly to the trainings.
The study will give him a general spectrum of the life that he/she will
help him to be unwrapped in the moment that you/they put him before
a microphone to make him some interview and until he/she will teach
him as being developed in other environments outside of the sport in
question.
Although every time it happens less, it is lamentable to see the way
that some professional players are expressed in the moment that you/they
interview them, with the added difficulty that some technicians prioritize

10- HANDLING OF GROUP
The group handling is a fundamental quality that
has to have the technician, this it should control the possible internal
conflicts and to manage the psychology of the group.
In a facility of many boys it is necessary to be very attentive on the
players that are substitute because those that play are happy but in
the substitutes it can have frustration. In principle to our to understand
in inferior all should play, some more other ones less according to
their qualities but all should play. In our case for party play 14,
that is to say, the eleven holders and the three changes. These like
late we begin them to make to the 15 minutes of the second time or directly
in the entretiempo but do we never put to a player to the 44 minutes
of the second stage so that the hour passes, if here the purpose is

As always the boy says he has illusion of being soccer player and in

see which their virtues, their limitations and their possibilities are

11- WEEKLY FREQUENCY
OF THE TRAININGS
The frequency of the trainings will be of three
or four times per week as he/she is considered convenient. The schedules
they will be subordinated to the schedules of the boys' school. In the
annual period one will work from February to December.
