The detailed project next is an applicable example to any juvenile selection. The same one went correspondent to the A.U.F. (Uruguayan Association of Soccer)

Mr. President: 
Again we make him arrive our soccer project for juvenile selections. As we have seen, at least in these last twenty years Uruguay has lost all international protagonism so much at level of bigger as at level of juvenile. We believe to the local soccer it is necessary him a change of attitude to confront the international commitments (you cannot continue with that of to make a goal and to defend at once, that which has caused countless defeats). It is not our intention to criticize especially anybody, but it is indiscutida the lack of technical level in the players and neither that to speak of the lack of physical state (the current soccer is much quicker that ours and he/she goes this way us) The worst thing that one can make is not to correct the errors that continually are making, it is necessary to prove with another school because with the current one we become one of the last ones in South America, when before we were the first ones.
We are convinced of our project and we have made it to small scale in Argentina giving good results, as much to technical level as to physical level. It is fundamental to have a lot of docencia and to achieve the upward one on the players, especially with the youths, because we manage all those aspects.
(One can know a lot but if one doesn't know how to transmit it is the same thing that anything)

Many times the discipline lack in the Uruguayan players is reason of the impotence that you/they feel the one it turns continually overcome physical and technically. The project points to win in all the fronts since some they will be consequences of the other ones.
As Uruguayan technician received in the Argentina I have my heart put in my country and I want to work for the same one, being able to fulfill a social end since many of our players also depends on the soccer to take well-being to their families.
We would like to be able to have a meeting with you and to be able to show them all our portfolios, for the time being we send him a sample schedule with the project like to give him an idea (it is a daily training). We know that there are many projects being about but the key will be in who it applies them and for there is it to be true educational.

ORGANIZATION OF JUVENILE SELECTIONS

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

1)Que the Uruguayan selection recovers the lost protagonism at South American level and later on it recovers it at world level.

2)To create of a net of players' reception for the interior of the country.


3)To mantain a permanent work of 2 times per week with the players that are in the local soccer in time that there is not international competition to give continuity to the one work. This without interfering with the normal operation of the clubs.


4)To create a chronogram of friendly during the year to give him forms since to the team it is fundamental that the players know each other. The process fails when they join a little time before, the statistics have already demonstrated it.


5)The clubs will give their players with the enough time. The technicians will take care of not decimating to the teams that are disputing international tournaments or with possibilities to run off with with the local tournament; but keeping in mind, in the extreme cases, that the priority is since the national selection it is the projection from our soccer to the one external.


6)Uruguay were power futbolística and it should continue being it, one cannot live off memories.The soccer has changed and it is necessary to adapt to them. We are convinced that organizing the juvenile selections this process will affect directly to the biggest selection contributing him new values with an abundant international close contact. Who doesn't bet to those juvenile players are condemned to disappear of the international context.

RECEPTION OF PLAYERS

 

The technician and their assistant will travel the different clubs selecting the players, being a maximum of 25 and they will go conforming the different juvenile selections. They will also count with advise that the players of the interior of the country will provide.

Our project has an organized work composed by schedules of daily trainings as which attach, deciding after making a diagnosis to the selected players which of them to use.[To see example schedules]
