We go to you with the purpose of presenting him our project for the feminine selection of their country. The same one points to the improvement of the individual and collective technique with the attaché of the physical improvement of the jugadoras. For we have it portfolios that have the different ones technical, physical training and prepared plays. By way of example we send him a sample schedule (it is a defense work) together with our currículums. 
The work has put it into practice in Argentina to small scale and he/she has given good results (it is fundamental to have good docencia, of anything he/she serves to know if one doesn't know how to transmit)

The general ideas of the project are the following ones:

ORGANIZATION OF FEMININE SELECTIONS

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

1)Que the feminine selection takes protagonism at South American level and later on at world level.
2)To create of a net of jugadoras reception for the interior of the country.
3)To maintain a permanent work of 2 times per week with the jugadoras that are in the local soccer in time that there is not international competition to give continuity to the one work. This without interfering with the normal operation of the clubs.
4)To create a chronogram of friendly during the year to give him forms since to the team it is fundamental that the jugadoras knows each other. The process fails when they join a little time before, the statistics have already demonstrated it.
5)Los clubs will give to their jugadoras with the enough time. The technicians will take care of not decimating to the teams that are disputing international tournaments or with possibilities to run off with with the local tournament; but keeping in mind, in the extreme cases, that the priority is since the national selection it is the projection of the soccer from the country to the one external.
6) it is fundamental to work the individual technique (you happen, conduction, finish off, etc) the technique 
collective (coordination of the defense, organized attacks, etc) and the physical preparation (we work with cardiotacómetros for the best control in the jugadoras). Also the one project has prepared plays and technical circuits.

RECEPTION OF PLAYERS

The technician and their assistant will travel the different clubs selecting to the jugadoras, being a maximum of 25 and they will go conforming the different selections. They will also count with advise that will provide the jugadoras of the interior of the country.

TASK TO CARRY OUT

Our project has an organized work composed by schedules of daily trainings as which attach, deciding after making a diagnosis to the selected jugadoras which of them to use.[To see example schedules]
